This delicious loose leaf puer tea originates from Cangyuan, Yunnan, located in the southwestern corner of China, which is considered the birthplace of the tea plant. Renowned for its tremendous biodiversity, ethnic diversity, and breathtaking mountainous landscape, Yunnan province is home to the famous Puer teas.

Named after the town of Puer, where teas from the surrounding mountains were brought, Puer tea was pressed into bricks and cakes and then sent out across the continent, traveling as far as Tibet, Japan, and Europe. The tea's journey through a range of climates and weather, often by horse and camelback, contributed to the aged, earthy quality that Puer tea is known for.

Nowadays, this earthy character is further developed through the 'Wo Dui' process, where Puer tea leaves are moistened (wo) with water and stacked (dui) in piles to undergo a unique post-fermentation. This process gives the tea a dark, inky color and a rich, smooth flavor.

The package dimensions of the product are as follows: length of 6 inches, width of 5 inches, and height of 4 inches. The package weight of the product is 1.1 pounds.
